A couple of days ago, I was on some sort of a one-day work trip. Situations there led me some way or the other to be the leader of the group accompanying me.
By the end of the day, I was left with lots of questions going through my head :
1) Are leaders born or are they created ?
2) Is leadership a bless ? or is it a piece of hell ?
3) To be a leader do you need to be wise ? or you should have a touch of insanity ?
4) Which is easier: to take decisions ? or just follow what someone else has decided ?
With every single day of our lives, we learn more. The more we learn, the more we become ignorant. Does this make any sense ? ........ It sure does.

Hello, interesting questions. Here are my thoughts
1) Leaders are not born like this, most of the leadership skills can be developed, however I read some articles about deciding whether you’re a leader or not from your birth date!
2) Leadership is a bless, if you enjoy being a leader, you have to accept the hell area.
3) To be a leader you have to be wise in taking the decisions, however you can enjoy the insane/fun part with your team.
4) Taking decisions with the consensus of the rest of the group will make things so easy.
